HubSpot CMS Development

Ecoquintas

A bilingual property development site built on HubSpot CMS with reusable, editor-owned modules.

01Overview

Grupo Ecoquintas sells land and country properties in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, to buyers at home and abroad. That second audience is the constraint: the same site has to work in Spanish and English without becoming two sites to maintain.

02Challenge

A property developer publishes constantly — new lots, new financing terms, new projects. If every change needs a developer, the site goes stale, and running a separate English build doubles the problem instead of solving it.

03Approach

I built the page structure as reusable HubSpot CMS modules and treated language as a property of the content rather than as a second website.

04Solution

I delivered a HubSpot CMS theme with custom HUBL modules the marketing team composes directly, and a multi-language setup that keeps both versions in one system.

05What was built

  • Reusable HubSpot CMS modules composed by the marketing team
  • Spanish and English served from a single content structure
  • Property listings and financing content managed without developer involvement

06Technology

  • HubSpot CMS
  • HUBL
  • HubDB
  • Multi-language
